The Hungarian eventing season has started with the eventing national show in Bábolna between 20-22 April. 110 pairs competed at the show. Slovakian and Austrian rides also competed here, and they evaluated positively the three-day-event.
Many riders competed in the A0 class. 42 pairs started in the preliminary, junior and amateur categories. The Austrian Carina Hofmeister won the preliminary class with Coltaire. Kata Szőke and Bóbita won the junior category. And Dóra Szaniszló with Jackson Joker collected the least penalty points in the amateur category.
Péter Tuska won the A young horse class with Hadvezér. Lívia Mezei and Ráhel were the best in the A junior class. The A open class was won by Zsanett Gelencsér and Willy Fog.
Two thoroughbreds bred in our Dióspuszta Stud were competing in the A class. Mátyás Bertók, riding for the Bábolna National Stud Farm, has completed the first A class eventing show with Mesemaraton. While Flóra Kocsis, rider of the Határőr Dózsa SE, gained the fifth place in the A open category with Morajló.
The biggest classes were won by László Egyed and the Lóska Stud. He won with Cenzor Zéta W in the B class. And he became first with My Win in the CNC* category, just before last year’s senior champion, Glória Soha and Connecticut.
Our next equestrian event will be the international show jumping competition in the beginning of June.
