Place in the Alag Prize

The English thoroughbreds from our Dióspuszta Stud had a successful weekend again on the racetrack of Budapest. We finished on the second place in the important Alag Prize in Kincsem Park, and won two races on the raceday.

Esti Fény (Pigeon Catcher – Ejtihaad), trained by Csaba Zala earned the second place with a big finish in the 2000 m race of the three-year-olds, so we look forward to the 96th Hungarian Derby on the 1st of July.

On the same raceday Faster Now (Pastoral Pursuits – First Fast Now), from the training of Róbert Fézer, gained her third victory this year, when she won the Dunakeszi Handicap with Gábor Paizs.

Also trained by Róber Fézer, and leased by the Ungaro Salux stable, Carina (Steady As A Rock – Chiaraluna) won the first Maiden Race for two-year-olds this year with Václav Janácek.

On Sunday our three-year-old filly, Jubileum (Steady As A Rock – Jubilantka), who is leased to Slovakia, ran in the Cena Arvy in Bratislava, where she ended up fourth.
